There’s something wrong with humans. Despite all of our medical advancements and longer life expectancies, we are losing the fight against chronic illness.

If we want to fight chronic illness, we need to change the way we live, and quickly.
At the age of 37, I found myself constantly tired, frequently sick, overweight and unhappy.
I decided enough is enough.
It’s time to analyse and optimise each part of our lives so that we can fight chronic illness and thrive into old age, not suffer through it battling numerous health issues.
Building a healthier future
This blog will document my journey. I want to build a healthier future for myself so I can enjoy this beautiful world well into old age. It would be a privilege to be down on the floor playing with my grandkids, not just watching them from an armchair.
If you share my dream of a long, healthy life, I hope that you learn from my successes and failures, and take steps to bulletproof your old age too.
Why follow this blog?
To fight chronic illness, we need to change the way we live. I will be writing about:
- Eating a nutritionally dense, biologically appropriate diet inspired by Paul Saladino’s Animal Based Diet
- Incorporating exercise and general movement into daily routines
- Optimising sleep
- Getting more natural sunlight, and reducing exposure to harmful artificial light
- Reducing exposure to microplastics and toxins
- Boosting productivity without burning out
- And anything else that reveals itself to have the potential for increasing long-term quality of life!
I will also be focusing on the best supermarkets and online shops to buy animal-based food in the UK. There currently seems very little information for British AB eaters, so I hope this proves valuable!
One step at a time, let’s do this.
